Custom images are fully refundable until you review and approve the product image previews (or proofs). If you are not satisfied with the image previews for any reasons, note that we offer unlimited modifications until you are 100% satisfied, or we can send you a refund if your prefer. Once image previews are approved, no refund or modifications will be allowed.
