We’ll need up to 3 business days to create your Custom Shot draft. Once you approve the draft, we’ll email you the high resolution image.

We need 2D drawing of the product or photographs (front, side, top and bottom view) with approximate dimensions (height, depth or diameter), as well as your label and print artwork files. If you need a specific background, please send it to us too as well as any images showing what you need in terms of lighting, shadows,…

Placing a product/bottle on a background image is not easy and require a lot of hours to get the perfect lighting, shadows, reflections,… we prefer to buy or shoot environment backgrounds ourselves, or completely make the background in CGI.

Please attach a photograph of the background you want as reference and we will try our best to find or shoot a similar background/environment.

Please make sure you send us as much details as possible when submitting the form.

Once your image is ready we’ll first send you a proof for your approval. Feel free to reject it if you are not satisfied with the result and let us know with as much details as possible the adjustments needed (bottle shape, bottle color, liquid color, label position, finish, ground reflections,… everything can be adjusted !).

We offer unlimited modifications until you approve the image proof (or a refund) so only approve it when you are 100% satisfied as once you do, no changes will be allowed.

Once approved, we will email the final high resolution files.
