Our Instant Shot Generator does not work for custom bottle shape but you can get a FREE Custom Shot to try our services. No payment information is required but you must register an account first then go to this page to request your FREE Custom Shot. Note that all images we create for free will have watermarks on them and only one free Custom Shot per organization is allowed. Accounts that use a personal email address (gmail, yahoo,…), or which use an email address from an organization that has already received its free Custom Shot, will not work.

Absolutely! You can add embossed/debossed elements to bottle and embossed/debossed elements to your labels too. Watch our tutorials to see how to do. You will have to upload PNG images of the embossed/debossed elements and make sure the background of the image is transparent as well as trim/crop away the transparent pixels around the embossed/debossed elements. If you're not sure how to do that, just send us a quick message with your artwork files and we'll separate your artwork layers in the different formats needed.

Sure, just send us the images you created with our Instant Shot Generator along with you size requirements. If you plan to order a Custom Shot then just precise your size requirements when you place your order.

Yes you can use the images we created for your brand however you want, as well as the images you created with our Instant Shot Generator. You are not allowed, however, to resell or redistribute our images as new mockups or images themselves. If you are a designer, you can use our images to show how the artworks you created look like on products and distribute our images as part of the design package you sell to your clients. Legally SmarterShots keeps the rights to the images you buy on smartershots.com and gives you a non-exclusive image usage rights.

In order to use our Instant Shot Generator, you need your label files in .jpg format and .png format with transparent background for all elements that have a special finish such as embossing/debossing, gold/metallic/UV spot or if your labels are printed on a clear film or directly on the glass. If your designer cannot provide those, just send us your label artwork files (the files your designer sent you or the files you usually send to your printer) and we'll prepare the files for you. If you are ordering Custom Shot for a custom bottle shape, we'll need the bottle 2D drawing (your bottle manufacturer’s drawing would be perfect). Otherwise we can also accept a photograph of your bottle but you also need to give us its dimensions (height and diameter). For recreating your label digitally, we'll need your label artwork files (the label files your designer sent you or the files you usually send to your printer).

We're sorry to hear that but unfortunately images created using our Instant Shot Generator are not refundable except if there is a technical issue while using our tool that prevents you to download your image. Before to pay make sure you're happy with the image you created and you can also watch our tutorials to understand how the tool works and what files you need before to start (more info on that here).

You added your label and all other elements of your packaging and when you clicked "Download", nothing happened and now you cannot use the Instant Shot Generator without buying another image? Sorry for that, it rarely happens but we understand how frustrating it is. Please contact us explaining what went wrong. If the download was initiated we should be able to find your image, if not, we will give you a free access to the Instant Shot Generator so you can create a new shot.
